Chur, we loved how clean our room was and the meals were delicious. But the breakfast timing was a bit dodgy. no scrambled eggs left after 9:40.

Indoor leisure facilities, well-stocked rooms
The water quality needs major attention due to brown tap water!!! Outdated decor throughout the hotel really dampens the experience, especially in the leisure areas!!! Noise from events disrupts what should be a relaxing stay!!!

A wedding to remember
The wedding setup was stunning, with attentive staff and seamless service throughout the event. The venue's ambiance was exceptional, which made our stay truly unforgettable.
Unfortunately, the noise from late-night guests in the hallways disrupted our sleep, making it hard to rest before the big day.

Families looking for a solid choice
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating! ! Specifically, when we needed help with an extra bed for the kids, they jumped on it without delay. the breakfast was decent, with enough options to please both kids and adults with a cozy dining area.
Of course, it wasn’t bargain-bin cheap, but still acceptable for the experience.

Charming ambiance, but needs work
Spent a night here and the decor is lovely, really gives off that warm, cozy vibe. Staff at the reception were super friendly, but breakfast was a bit of a downer. The waiting staff seemed off and not really into their job, which put a bit of a damper on the morning. Would defintely try the in-room breakfast next time, though!

Food quality impressed us throughout our stay. Pool area needed better maintenance, and the changing facilities looked dated. We enjoyed the themed dinner night, which added a fun touch. Check-in experience felt rushed at times.
